Where to Get A Goberian

Goberian puppies come from cross-breeding Siberian Huskies and Golden Retrievers. They are not good indoor dogs, and they are certainly not dogs comfortable in tropical or near-similar climates. They can be good for first-time families — providing you and your family are dedicated, as Goberians need a lot of exercise, attention and grooming maintenance.

When searching for Goberian puppies for sale keep in mind they can be found from breeders and shelters / rescues, both of which present possible problems. Both places have issues that must be attended: breeders must be researched and shelters / rescues will rarely offer non-adult dogs. Researching the breeder from which you plan to purchase a puppy may involve a lot of work but may prevent a lot of problems. With shelter and rescue dogs, the research tends to be easier and the cost of adoption tends to be lower — but as they are almost always adult dogs, knowing the dog's possibly abusive past may be all but impossible even as it must be attended.

Goberian Price

Goberians are a hybrid with a narrow variety of coat colors (meaning very few colors and combinations) and there is neither much demand nor supply for them — although this dog's popularity appears to slowly be growing. Nevertheless, Golden Retriever Husky mixes can be found for sale relatively inexpensively ($200 tends to be an average price). With a bit of searching and luck, a Goberian may even be found at a shelter or through a rescue — for a lower cost that includes shots, fixing and perhaps even micro-chipping. It should be noted that rescue and shelter dogs tend to be older dogs, and as they are prone to problematic backgrounds (abuse, abandonment and other awful circumstances), they are sure to cost less when adopting them but can cost more later when attending such aforementioned issues.

If, however, you decide to go with a breeder who produces these puppies, be sure to research that breeder as well as to demand health certificates, to meet the parents and to visit the rest of the litter so as to get an idea of the family. It is doubtful that an award-winning or dog-show-worthy Siberian Husky or Golden Retriever will be one of the parents of your Goberian puppy, but if that happens to be the case, expect to pay a lot more — especially in the highly unlikely chance that both parents come from such backgrounds.
